They are designed with extra lightweight materials to improve breathability, for a cooler, more comfortable mask.

The 3-ply design provides an additional level of protection and the high bacterial filtration and fluid repellence, filters to 1 micron. Type II Protection has a medical grade standard of BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) ≥ 98%.
